Randy Seidl is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Rain Enhancement Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIN), where he leads commercialization of the company’s ionization rainfall generation technology. He brings more than three decades of public company operating and governance experience, having served as SVP/GM of Hewlett Packard’s $9 billion US Enterprise Group, SVP/GM of Sun Microsystems’ $5 billion North America business, and CEO of Workgroup Solutions and Permabit, alongside senior roles at StorageTek and global roles at EMC Corporation (employee #33). Mr. Seidl currently serves as a Director of Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS), ISG, and Data Dynamics, and previously served as a Director of Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ: DWCH), Board Chairman of Workgroup Solutions, and a Director of Permabit. He holds the American College of Corporate Directors’ Masters Professional Director Certification, is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Fellow, and completed the Stanford Law School Directors’ College. Mr. Seidl is also an active investor across 25+ private equity and venture capital funds and 50+ private companies, and holds a B.S. from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where he has serves as a Trustee Associate on the Board of Trustees.
